Robert Bowling Resigns As Call of Duty Creative Strategist; Fans Nuke Him

Just like the headline readsRobert Bowling, Call of Duty Creative Strategist, lead at Infinity Ward and employee of Activision, has announced via Twitter that he has resigned from his position.

Bowling, also known as "fourzerotwo" has been the face of Call of Duty, at least in terms of dealing with the community, especially on Twitter. It was only appropriate that he announced his resignation on Twitter to his some 367,000 and growing list of followers.

His followers, unfortunately, are leaving hateful comments and creating paraody videos of Bowling doing embarrassing fake interviews. Here's a couple examples:

@fourzerotwo Is it possible to lag your way through the door so it won’t hit you in the ass? #MW3 #HappyTrails

Yo @fourzerotwo I heard you got fired because one of the requirements for working there was that you had to have felt pussy before. True?

I don't understand why there is so much hate for this guy. He always seemed to respond to fans promptly and appropriately. Wherever he goes next, I wish him luck. If the following video is any indication, he's going to need it too.
