New Splinter Cell Shown, Developed by Ubisoft Toronto

After numerous leaks, teases, and semi-announcements, Splinter Cell: Blacklist has debuted at the Microsoft E3 2012 conference.

The game is in development by Ubisoft Toronto and features Kinect voice support. You will be able to call out to enemies to attract their attention, and shout out game commands.

The trailer shown featured a Middle Eastern setting, as well as brutal combat.

No platforms other than the 360 were mentioned, but it wasn't called an exclusive, so is presumably multiplatform. Splinter Cell: Blacklist is set for release sometime during Spring 2013.
