PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Launching On October 23

Sony has just announced that their Smash Bros. inspired brawler will be launching on October 23rd. Unfortunately they didn't reveal any more of the unknown characters, but they did reveal an extra bit of news for all you pre-ordering Sony loyalists. Those who drop down some cash ahead of the game's release will score a bunch of exclusive costumes, some of which you can see pictured above.

Obviously the entire cast hasn't been revealed yet, so you'll just have to wait and see what other alternate apparel options Sony plans to offer. You'll also notice that there are two question marks in the picture. Don't worry, that doesn't mean there are only two more characters coming to PlayStation All-Stars, as Sony has assured us that there are plenty more on the way.

That said, keep it locked to the site, as Sony is set to reveal two more characters tonight during the EVO Fighting Tournament, and then two more at Comic-Con next week.
