QuakeCon 2012 Lineup Revealed

This morning, the QuakeCon website revealed their stellar lineup for Bethesda's gaming festival in Dallas, Texas. The event will start on August 2nd with John Carmack's annual keynote address. There will be other panels, including The Game of Making Games, Designing Multiplayer Games That Last, "Bonus Round" by Game Trailers, and Idle Thumbs Podcast Live: Arena. Panelists include Marty Stratton of id Software, Ted Price of Insomniac games (President and CEO of Insomniac), Chet Faliszek and Tom Leonard from Valve, and Geoff Keighly of Game Trailers.

On the showroom floor, attendees can play demos of Dishonored and Doom 3: BFG Edition. As I will be in attendance, I will stalk Dishonored like no one will believe.

If you're interested in flying to Dallas in the summer (insert maniacal laughter here), QuakeCon is completely free to attendees. The event takes place at the Hilton Anatole in downtown Dallas from August 2nd through the 5th.
