The Skaven Declare War in Total War: Warhammer II

Among the most well-known factions of Warhammer are Skaven, a savage race of rat humanoids who are large in number. Playing a critical part of disorder in the universe, their absence from the original Total War: Warhammer was desperately missed. However, that’s changing with the sequel.

The Skaven have been revealed as the fourth race in Total War: Warhammer II. They will be led by none other than Queek Headtaker and Lord Skrolk, using machinery and rusty blades to carve their way through enemies in battle.

The announcement was made alongside the release of a trailer, which shows the Skaven barbarically battling the Dark Elves and Lizardmen.

The High Elves, Dark Elves, and Lizardmen were similarly confirmed to be coming to Total War: Warhammer II as new playable races among a host of popular factions that were available previously.

Total War: Warhammer II will release on September 28th exclusively for PC.
