Days Gone How many hours campaign how long to beat 100%

Days Gone First Hour Gameplay Video Looks Phenomenal

Take yourself back to the year 2016 where, no matter where you were, you were watching some of the biggest games get announced. One of those games was Days Gone, developed by SIE Bend Studio, and showed a post-apocalyptic, action-packed trailer of zombies, guns, and fire. It’s been a while since then, and Days Gone first hour of gameplay is finally here.

To say that it looks phenomenal is possibly the biggest understatement of the year. While a few people have voiced their concerns about the game being pushed back to release in 2019, it would be difficult to find something to complain about after watching the first hour.

Not only are we reunited with our not-so-favorite zombies, players are also given the chance to look at bike gameplay, weather mechanics, survival, exploration,  zombie combat and a whole lot more. Pretty exciting stuff, and that’s only in the very first hour of an apparent 30-hour long game.

With so much happening in the first hour of the game, it does make us wonder if it will remain as exciting and intense as the game goes on, but we’re willing to wait and judge when we get our hands on the game. Regardless, we’re pretty happy at the thought of Days Gone appearing at this E3, which seems very likely to happen.

However, despite the anticipation, there have been worries about Days Gone beyond the game being pushed back to next year. Some are concerned that with the overabundance of zombie games, such as The Last of Us 2, the upcoming Walking Dead game, World War Z and a whole lot more. It’s a fair thing to worry about, though we’re certain that after watching the first hour of Days Gone, players will think differently.
