Cage Wishes He Could Keep Players Completely In The Dark On Beyond: Two Souls

The highly anticipated drama-heavy adventure Beyond: Two Souls launches early next year and I don't know about you, but I'm dying for any and every inch of new info I can find on this game. However, Quantic Dream's David Cage would rather keep us eager gamers in the dark with regards to what is in store, claiming that the less we know, the better.

Speaking to the PlayStation Blog, Cage explained:

I think there should be no preparation for Beyond. You must go into the game trying to learn as little as possible!

Like other game creators, I wish I could say nothing and show nothing, and put a plain black cover on the shelves so that players start the game completely blank, with no information from trailers. This is something that is obviously not possible, unfortunately!

Cage then goes on to assure fans of his prior work that this latest project "will surprise you"—so don't go in just expecting Heavy Rain version 2.0. So… who's convinced to go on a Beyond: Two Souls media blackout from here on out?
