If rumor proves to be true, a new Batman title is in the works at Rocksteady and will be called Batman: Arkham Origins. The report comes from Gameblog.fr (via NeoGAF), and claims that the game will be set during the 50s or 60s and feature additional members of the Justice League.

Additionally, the outlet goes on to say that the game will be revealed for next-gen platforms at E3 this year, and may be on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 as well.

It has been quite a while since we've heard from Rocksteady, and considering how profitable their prior Batman titles have been, there's definitely plenty of reason to believe this report actually has some legitimacy behind it. That said, Warner Bros. and Rocksteady have not commented, so we'll have to treat this as merely rumor for the time being.
