Fatal Frame Looking For Scares On PSN This Week

You know you shouldn't go through the door, but your curiosity compels you.

According to the PlayStation Blog's The Drop for this week, PS2 classic Fatal Frame is coming to the PlayStation Store tomorrow. Other games for the week include the new Guacamelee and a digital version of XCOM: Enemy Unknown.

Fatal Frame is regarded as one of the scariest games in history making it a must-play for horror fans. It originally released in 2001 to positive reception spawning a series of video games.

In Fatal Frame you  play as a girl who heads into a haunted mansion—well, there's your problem—in hopes of finding her missing brother. Shortly after, she finds a camera that quickly becomes her onlyprotection against the evil spirits that dwell in the residence.

Truthfully, I consider myself a Horror fan. I've beaten every Silent Hill title—and you have to be to endure the poor titles as of late—and somehow endured Amnesia: The Dark Descent. However, I've never played a Fatal Frame game before. I've always wanted to, so this is an opportunity for me to play catch-up. If you feel the same way you should join me tomorrow after the PS Store update.
