Xbox 360 On Track To Outsell Wii In UK

Nintendo's motion-centric console is about the be dethroned in the UK, as Microsoft's current-gen gaming box is on track to outpace the Wii in sales in just a matter of days.

According to a report from MCV, Chart-Track has indicated that the Xbox 360 has been steadily outselling the competition and is set to overtake the Wii in a few days' time. This would make the Xbox 360 the number one selling console of the generation.

However, the title of best-selling console of all time in the UK still belongs to the PlayStation 2. With over 10 million in sales, it will be a hard one to ever beat.
