Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition Switch port announced

A Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition Switch port has been officially announced after initially coming out in 2010 on the Wii in Japan and 2012 in North America. The release date for the JRPG is sometime next year.

The Direct did not show much more about the remaster other than it following the story of Shulk and Fiora. Monolithsoft did not even reveal how many players it supports as it says “TBD” on the game’s eShop page. Its price is also blank.

Xenoblade Chronicle‘s Wii version was critically beloved and has a 92 on Metacritic as players praised is dialogue, music, big world, and more.
