PlayStation 4 Approved By FCC

Considering that the dev kit for the PS4 accessible only to developers and the very lucky few passed by the FCC just about a week ago, it's no surprise that the retail version has sailed past smoothly.

The picture above shows off the rough dimensions of the PS4, which should have an attached label, and the picture below is a scanned copy of the federal documents revealing the powerfully sexy max clock frequency of 2.75GHz. Seems like this black polyhedron would kill in Geometry Wars.

Both China and Japan will be joining forces to manufacture the PS4 for worldwide consumption, suggesting that Hirai and Co. will be given the reins to satifsy the incredible demand for the machine.
