destiny 2 festival of the lost trailer

WATCH: Destiny 2: Shadowkeep – Festival of the Lost returns with a new Dungeon

Bungie has released a Destiny 2: Shadowkeep – Festival of the Lost trailer, offering a look at what the seasonal event will offer this year.

The upcoming event, which begins today, will feature the following:

  • Festival of the Lost. This holiday is a time for Guardians to don irreverent masks and celebrate the memories of those that are lost. As a growing threat looms ever-present, return to the Tower, grab some candy, and remind yourself what you’re fighting for. Decorations for the Tower, the Haunted Forest, new customizations for your gear, and more await your celebration.
  • New Dungeon. A new dungeon is also opens up today for willing fireteams or brave Guardians who want to tackle it alone. Speak with Eris; she knows the way.
  • New Crucible Mode: Momentum. Lord Shaxx is mixing things up in the Crucible with a new mode called Momentum Control. While Mayhem puts focus on Supers, Momentum shifts your focus to gunplay. This is a fast-paced, hair-on-fire experience where the lethality of all weapons has been cranked to 11. You’re incentivized to be aggressive as you defeat other Guardians to earn charged melees, grenades, and Supers.
  • New Exotic. It’s time for you to go out and claim the Xenophage as your own.
