Borderlands 2 Headed To PlayStation Vita

Sony announced during their gamescom 2013 press conference that 2K Games would bring Borderlands 2 to PlayStation Vita this year, in addition to hardware and memory card price drops.

Borderlands 2 is, of course, Gearbox Software's celebrated Loot-n-Shoot action-RPG-FPS hybrid and it's already had several downloadable content packs released. While we don't know if Borderlands 2 on Vita will come with those DLC packs, we do know that the game will take advantage of Vita's dual analog sticks.

That's about all we know, as it remains to be seen what multiplayer will be supported on Vita. More details will hopefully come out of gamescom 2013, so keep it locked to GameRevolution for everything from Europe's biggest gaming convention.
