Microsoft Reveals Xbox One Release Date

Microsoft has announced the official release date of the Xbox One. The company's next-gen gaming box will hit store shelves on November 22nd.

Last month, Sony announced at gamescom that the PlayStation 4 would be launching on November 15th in North America and then two weeks later on the 29th in Europe. As such, Microsoft will be late to the party in NA, but at least the Xbox One will have a head start in Europe.

What do you think of the release date? Is a November 22nd release a wise move for the Big M? Will Sony's head start in North America be the company's undoing? Sound off with your thoughts in the comments below.
