Microsoft: “We Have A More Complete Value Proposition Than Our Competitors”

Xbox chief marketing officer Yusuf Mehdi isn't afraid to call out the competition, claiming that Xbox One is the best value for gamers looking for a new console this holiday season.

"Competitively speaking, I feel like we have a much better and more complete value proposition," Mehdi said during the Citi Global Technology Conference. "We do things that aren’t found on other platforms. The Kinect is a huge piece of differentiation, and the fact that we do entertainment and gaming."

The Xbox exec went on to tout Xbox One's edge over PlayStation 4 by claiming that the Microsoft-branded console has the "better lineup of games." Do you agree with Mehdi's bold statements? Is Xbox One worth the $499 Microsoft is charging? Let us know in the comments below.

Xbox One launches November 22nd.
