Square Enix Shows Off 90 Seconds Of Kingdom Hearts III Gameplay In New Trailer

Despite the fact that Kingdom Hearts III is still quite a ways away from release, Square Enix already has the game in a solid playable form, as is evidenced by the minute and a half of gameplay footage you see above.

Granted, this game is still very much a work in progress, but even still, the game appears to be coming along quite nicely, with gorgeous visuals that manage to capture the charm of the originals while improving upon them considerably.

Oddly enough, no where in the trailer is there mention of an Xbox One version, despite the fact that KH3 has been confirmed to be coming to both platforms. Perhaps the fact that this media is coming from the PlayStation Blog has something to do with it.

It's a big week for fans of the franchise, as just yesterday, Square formally unveiled a second Kingdom Hearts high-def collection. Be sure to sound off in the comments below with your thoughts on both upcoming titles.
