Call of Duty: Warzone is once again host to a game-breaking glitch that allows cheaters to get easy wins. This latest method of cheating turns the offending player invisible, allowing them to sneak up and take out enemies with ease.
How are players doing the Call of Duty: Warzone invisibility glitch?
In order to spot players attempting the glitch, it’s first important to know how it’s actually done. This will allow upstanding community members to try and prevent the glitch by destroying the required tools or, at the very least, label cheaters using the in-game report function.
To do the Call of Duty: Warzone invisibility glitch players must crash the new helicopter (it must explode) while sitting in the minigun position.
Once the player has been revived, they will now be invisible and free to wreak havoc on all other players. This can be done easily as a group, with a friendly player reviving the downed invisible player, or as a solo by using self-revive.
To beat players using the invisibility glitch, players can try to destroy helicopters before players have a chance to get in them. Using the Tracker Perk is also a good way of pinpointing where invisible players are hiding.
There are also reports of this glitch turning players invincible, which is obviously much more difficult to counter.
Here’s hoping a patch is rolled out quickly to stop this glitch ruining the launch weekend of Warzone Season 1.
An invisibility glitch isn’t the only thing negatively impacting Call of Duty this week. A nightmarish “Zed 398 Swift Clover” error prevented PC players from accessing Season 1 content at launch for over 12 hours.
What’s more, players are also complaining about ranking up slowly in Season 1. With Black Ops Cold War, Modern Warfare, and Warzone all using the same leveling system, some users are confused about the much slower pacing. Here’s the need-to-know info.
