Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare Trailer And Commentary

PopCap released a rather lengthy video today for their upcoming game, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare. The video runs nearly ten minutes long and it's supplemented with commentary by Brian Lindley, the game's executive producer.

The video goes over some of the zombie and plant classes, as well as various customizations available for each. And of course, there is plenty of gameplay to watch to give you a taste of what to expect from the game. Spoiler—story gamers probably need not apply.

The game will have 10 maps and three modes: two competitive, and one co-op mode. The Xbox One version will feature a split-screen couch co-op mode, while the Xbox 360 version will only support online multiplayer. The Xbox One version also offers  a Boss mode, allowing one player to use a tablet or the Kinect to manage the onslaught from a top view, not unlike what is available in New Super Mario Bros. U with the GamePad.

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare will release on February 18, 2014.
