Rumor: Mario Kart 8 to Feature Track Editor

Mario Kart 8 will feature a track editor, if a Newegg listing for the game is to be believed.

According to the online retailer, "Mario Kart 8 Wii U is a new game for the Wii U. It features new elements such as customizing bikes and designing your own tracks. It is the sequel to the game Mario Kart 7."

It is important to note that this isn't the official description provided by Nintendo, so take this product listing with a grain of salt. That said, it's fun to speculate, so be sure to let us know in the comments how you think Nintendo should implement a potential track editor. I could see the GamePad coming in awfully handy…
