Dark Souls Developer From Software Purchased

From Software, the development studio behind the popular Dark Souls series, has been bought out by Japanese publisher Kadokawa.

According to Siliconera, Kadokawa is set to acquire 80 percent of the developer's stock, and if the deal goes through smoothly, it will be finalized on May 21st. Naotoshi Zin, the head over at From Software, spoke highly of the deal, saying that this partnership will result in the production of "more in-depth games."
