Sony Files Trademark for Bloodborne

A "video game software"-related trademark has been filed by Sony Computer Entertainment of America for something called Bloodborne.

According to the filing, SCEA applied for the name last week on April 24th. Aside from that, all we know is that the trademark pertains to "computer game software; downloadable computer game software via a global computer network and wireless devices; video game software."

Keep your fingers crossed that we hear more from Sony about what could potentially be a brand new IP for the PlayStation platform at E3. In the meantime, let us know what you think of the name "Bloodborne" in the comments below. Something tells me it will likely be rated M.
