Sledgehammer Call of Duty Reveal Coming Next Week [Update: Jaw-Dropping Screenshot, Teaser Video]

[Update 2] Activision has released a video titled "Superpower for Hire," in an effort to build up excitement for May 4th's big Call of Duty reveal. Accompanying the video is the following description:

In the last 20 years, global combat has seen a steady shift towards the use of private military corporations, or PMCs. What happens when the highest bidder becomes the world's next superpower?

A new era arrives for Call of Duty. See the world reveal on 5.4.14.

In addition, the company released the following infographic, clearly hinting at the theme of Sledgehammer's upcoming game.

[Update 1] Sledgehammer's upcoming Call of Duty title has been revealed to be the cover story of the latest issue of Game Informer. As a tease, the outlet posted the following screenshot, which looks incredibly impressive.

The image is labeled "Blacksmith" leading to speculation that this new title could very well be called Call of Duty: Blacksmith

In addition, GI's Andy McNamara let slip on Twitter that the May 4th reveal will include a trailer for the game, though, I'm sure you all were expecting that anyway.
