Microsoft Boss Doesn’t Intend to Sell Xbox Division

Rumors have been circulating the web for quite some time, suggesting the Microsoft is looking to spin off its gaming division, potentially selling it off to a big-name company like Amazon.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has shut down such claims, saying flat out at this week's Code Conference (via The Verge) that the company is planning to stay the course with its Xbox division, as no major shakeups are planned within the company regarding its gaming arm.

"I have no intent to do anything different with Xbox than we are doing today," Nadella said bluntly.

So there you have it. It doesn't look Microsoft is looking to get rid of its gaming division any time soon. Still, you never know what the future may hold.
