Ahead of the release of its PlayStation 4 remastered version, The Last of Us has already managed to surpass 7 million in sales, Naughty Dog announced.
The studio also announced that more downloadable content is in the works, but before all you narrative-minded folks get too excited, just know that it'll be multiplayer-centric. It's coming later this year and will feature cross-buy support, so you'll have access to it across both the PlayStation 3 and PS4 versions.
Those holding their breath for more single-player DLC will be disappointed, as Naughty Dog has no plans to expand the campaign with any additional single-player content. I guess you'll just have to remain content with Left Behind.
As far as The Last of Us Remastered is concerned, Naughty Dog revealed that the control scheme can be modified and that there's an added option to lock the game at 30fps for added stability.
