Check Out Sony’s Teaser for gamescom 2014 [Update: Here’s Another… and Another]

[Update 2] Sony has released yet another teaser ahead of its gamescom media briefing, adding more weight to our suspicions that this string of videos is in fact hinting at an Until Dawn reveal for PlayStation 4. Watch the third (and likely final) teaser above, titled "Horror Reinvented."

[Update] Sony has released yet another teaser for what we can only assume is for a surprise game reveal at gamescom. This time we've got some more cracking ice, but also a hatchet and some truly disturbing sound effects.

I'm still thinking this is Until Dawn.

[Original] Sony has released a teaser for gamescom, hinting at what's in store for PlayStation fans when the Europe-based convention kicks off later this month.

There's not a whole lot to the video—it is a teaser, after all—but what we do see leads us to believe that it may be related to the previously announced horror game, Until Dawn. There are snowflakes, cracking ice, and blood. Sounds scary to me.

Gamescom kicks off next week, so be sure to keep it locked to GameRevolution for all the exciting news coming out of the show. While you wait, why don't you check out Microsoft's Xbox One gamescom teaser. It's a bit less cryptic than the one from Sony.
