Gauntlet Reboot Delayed to Provide a “More Robust Multiplayer Experience”

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today that Gauntlet, the upcoming reboot of the classic co-op dungeon crawler, has been delayed. The title was originally supposed to launch on September 3rd but will now be available a few weeks later on the 23rd.

The reason behind the delay? According to WBIE, "The additional time was needed to fine-tune details in order to bring gamers an even more robust multiplayer experience."

The publisher also released a new gameplay walkthrough video, which has been embedded below for your viewing pleasure.

Gauntlet is being developed by Arrowhead Game Studios and will be playable this weekend at PAX Prime.
