Rumor: Xbox One Might Be Getting a Windows 10 Dashboard

Rumors are beginning to surface around the technosphere that Microsoft might be changing Xbox One to a 10.

According to Segmentnext.com's Saqib Mansoor, Microsoft is planning a special event in January to announce a preview build of Windows 10, Microsoft's upcoming operating system. In the rumors and reports, an anonymous source claims that the Xbox One dashboard will receive a huge overhaul, also to be announced in January. Mansoor theorizes that the overhaul is to make the dashboard more “app-friendly,” as Microsoft stands by its idea of seamless interaction over multiple devices.

Of course, everything at this point merely stands at speculation and hearsay, as Microsoft has not officially announced any changes with the dashboard or any announcements of special events. But it could be intriguing.
