Fortnite Teases Upcoming Ben 10 Collab in New Clip

Fortnite is stirring up major nostalgia, and this time, it is pointing straight at the old Cartoon Network classic, “Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.” Fortnite recently took to social media and dropped a new teaser clip. Ardent fans immediately assembled in the comment section of the post, convinced that a full blown Ben 10 crossover is just around the corner.

Fortnite posts video hinting at Ben 10 collab

According to the teaser, which was recently dropped by Fortnite on their X (formerly Twitter) account, the design direction will lean heavily into the Ultimate Alien era rather than the earlier versions. Furthermore, in the same video, they gave fans a glimpse of the iconic Omnitrix. The design of the gadget looked sharper and more detailed. The best part is that this is not just another reference to the series. Players are likely to get transformation-style elements in the gameplay.

This option could feature fan-favorite aliens like Heatblast and Alien X, which suggests it has the potential to be a more immersive collaboration rather than just surface-level skins. And it doesn’t just stop there, with Ben. According to the well known Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, the protagonist’s sassy and smart cousin, Gwen Tennyson, is also expected to join the lineup.

This means that players can modify Gwen in her Ultimate Alien look, as well. In addition, the prominent leaker also believes that Gwen’s character skin could come with her own set of quirks. This includes emotes and back blings that reflect her powers. Along with this, it seems Epic Games is introducing a separate collectible line. This will feature themed footwear, with Fortnite Kicks reportedly inspired by Wildmutt.

According to reports by Beebom, the crossover could go live on April 24 at 8 PM ET, which would align with the “Item shop” reset.
