SSX Hits Xbox 360 Games with Gold, Free Until End of December

Xbox 360 gamers have probably listed an Xbox One console on their Christmas lists, but that doesn't mean Microsoft has forgotten about them offering SSX for free via Games with Gold through the end of 2014.

SSX offered up a large, open-ended mountain and new Deadly Descents for single-players, but I had way too much fun holding down specific runs and iterating on fast race times so friends would know I was king… at least of a very specific mountain, somewhere tucked in the nest of various races and high score competitions.

Check Xbox Live Marketplace on your Xbox 360 console or click here to download SSX for free, but make sure to do so before the end of this year or you'll miss out on a game we loved, though Nick correctly points out that SSX Tricky may remain the best the series has to offer.
