PUBG Bus Xbox One Summer Sweepstakes Announced

If you’ve not yet noticed, summer is here and that means Xbox One’s PUBG Summer Sweepstakes competitions are open for business from now until September 3rd. But what are they offering? Well, as it can be guessed in the name, this summer sweepstake will have so many PUBG goodies that fans won’t know what to do with themselves if they win it. It is said there will be a variety of prizes to give out, including the new Xbox One X PUBG Bundle, a 55” Samsung QLED TV, and something else rather amazing: the PUBG bus.

As you may know, most battle royale games have their very own way of getting around the map. PUBG has a bus, Fortnite has shopping carts, etc. But as clever as these ideas are, we would never assume that the brains behind PUBG would go out of their way to invest in such a phenomenal grand prize like this one. But the studio has just done just that, teaming up with Microsoft and West Coast Customs to create a unique vehicle that will not only serve as a prize but will be heading to San Diego Comic-Con too.

In a video included on Xbox Wire, PUBG Corp’s creative director Brendan “PlayerUnknown” Greene and Xbox’s marketing general manager Aaron Greenberg met up with West Coast Customs CEO Ryan Friedlinghaus, his son Dynamite Dylan, and the rest of the WCC crew. Together they looked at the outside of the van, which has the green Xbox logo on the grill and side mirrors shaped like frying pans. Inside, the van is equipped with four Xbox’s that will allow fans to play together when it makes its official appearance at Comic-Con tomorrow.
