Journey And The Walking Dead Lead DICE Awards In Nominations

The nominees for the 2012 DICE Awards have been unveiled and (surprise, surprise) Journey and The Walking Dead lead the pack. thatgamecompany's emotional journey adventure is up for a staggering eleven nominations, while Telltale Games' interactive story nabbed eight nods.

Other notable games include Far Cry 3, which earned seven nominations, Halo 4 with six and Borderlands 2 and DIshonored right behind with five each. The titles up for Game of the Year consideration include JourneyThe Walking DeadFar Cry 3Borderlands 2, and XCOM: Enemy Unknown.

The winners will be revealed on February 7th, during the 2013 DICE Summit in Las Vegas.
