The Yakuza 6 Clan Creator codes let you unlock some very powerful characters for use in the massive minigame. Entering these passwords will allow you to recruit some of the strongest fighters in the game, and they can make a real difference if you’re struggling to beat missions in the Clan Creator. Additionally, the only way to get some characters in Yakuza 6 is to unlock them with a Clan code.
When Can I Enter Clan Codes in Yakuza 6
If you’re just starting Yakuza 6, you have a while to wait until you get a chance to play the Clan Creator mode. You’ll have to play until most of the way through Chapter 5 before you unlock this mode, which takes a little bit.
When you first start the Kiryu Clan, your soldiers will be weak, and you won’t have access to many types of fighters. The initial battles aren’t too difficult, but the characters you get from the codes below will give you an edge over your enemy.
However, just because they’re inherently more powerful than your average foot soldier doesn’t mean that they’ll give you a guaranteed win. You’ll need to level them up just like any other soldiers, and they can be beaten like normal characters can. I waited until after I completed the Clan Battle story mode before I recruited anyone using the Clan Creator codes so I could get the story as intended. If you want to keep the challenge of the story, I recommend sticking with your regular soldiers until you start getting into the online mode.
