Pillars of Eternity 2 Console Commands List and Cheats

Pillars of Eternity 2 console commands can give you access to cheats that will make your playthrough a lot easier. If you want to spawn items, get unlimited money, activate God mode, or instantly level up, there are Pillars of Eternity 2 cheats for all of that. Console commands are a PC game tradition harkening back decades, and PoE 2 has the same kinds of cheats as classic CRPGs like Baldur’s Gate and Icewind Dale. Below we’ll show you how to input cheats in Pillars of Eternity 2 through console commands.

Pillars of Eternity 2 Console Commands List: God Mode, Level Up, Unlimited Money Cheats and More

Unlike some modern games, inputting cheats in PoE 2 is a snap. No modifying files or having to launch the game with special arguments here. To bring up the command console, all you have to do is press “~” (tilde) which is located right to the left of the “1” on standard US keyboards and most UK keyboards. For our friends elsewhere in the world, it’s likely that the console is bound to a different key. If you’re not using a US or UK keyboard, your best bet is to check the keybindings menu for which key opens the console.

Once you have the console open, you just have to enter the command iroll20s to enable cheat mode. Then you can input any of the commands below into the console to cheat.

  • AddExperience #: Adds the # of experience input to each party member.
  • AddExperienceToLevel #: Raises each party member’s level to the # input.
  • AttributeScore (Player Name) (Attribute Name) #: Raises the attribute specified for the play specified by the number input.
  • CraftingDebug: Give the player a variety of crafting material.
  • FreeRecipesToggle: Allows you to craft any recipe without the ingredients.
  • GiveItem (Item Name): Places the item specified in the player’s inventory.
  • GivePlayerMoney #: Gives you the specified amount of money.
  • God: Turns God mode on and off.
  • HealParty: Heals the entire party and replishes their stamina.
  • Invisible: Makes the party invisible to enemies.
  • NoFog: Removes the fog that obscures unexplored locations.
  • Rest: Forces rest instantly.
  • Skill (Player Name) (Skill Name) #: Increases the specified skill for the specified player by the amount input.
  • ToggleSpellLimit: Allows characters to cast spells without any limit.
  • UnlockAll: Unlocks all locked chests and doors in the area.
  • UnlockBestiary: Gives you all entries in your bestiary.

The above is not an exhaustive list of console commands available in Pillars of Eternity 2. The cheats we’ve provided are the ones that will likely prove most useful, but there are a lot more commands (many of them for debugging) that will work in the game.
