Recipes in Pokemon Quest will expand your team of Pokemon by attracting new friends to your camp. Instead of catching wild Pokemon, you’ll lure them in by assembling various recipes in your cooking pot. To brew these stew recipes in Pokemon Quest you’ll need to find specific ingredients, The recipe you make will determine what kind of Pokemon will be attracted to your cooking pot.

There are 14 different types of ingredients in Pokemon Quest. Each recipe will call for these types of ingredients which can be fulfilled by several different items. When cooking you can use any of the items under an ingredient type to fulfill the requirement for a recipe.

How to Upgrade Your Cooking Pot in Pokemon Quest

There are four different types of cooking pots in Pokemon Quest. Your cooking pot determines how many ingredients you need to use in a recipe and what level the Pokemon you get for cooking will be. You’ll upgrade your cooking pot over the course of the story, and you’ll have to complete certain quests before you get them.

Iron Pot

  • How to Get: Complete the Tutorial
  • Ingredient Amount: 3
  • Pokemon Level: 1-15

Bronze Pot

  • How to Get: Complete Backforth Brook Quest
  • Ingredient Amount: 10
  • Pokemon Level: 15-40

Silver Pot

  • How to Get: Complete the Pincushion Plain Quest
  • Ingredient Amount: 15
  • Pokemon Level: 40-70

Gold Pot

  • How to Get: Complete Chamber of Legends Quest
  • Ingredient Amount: 20
  • Pokemon Level: Over 70
