Nintendo and Game Freak are set to send out legendary Pokemon Zekrom and Reshiram as Mystery gifts on Pokemon Sun and Moon, and Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. How can we get hold of the Pokemon Sun and Moon Zekrom and Reshiram? When are they going to be made available? What are their stats? Read on to find out.
Pokemon Sun and Moon Zekrom Reshiram – When Will They Be Available?
Both Reshiram and Zekrom will be available to download via Sun and Moon, and Ultra Sun and Moon’s Mystery Gift screen between October 5-21, 2018 in Europe. In the USA, both will go live between October 19-28, 2018. Be wary, however. Only Reshiram will be available on Ultra Moon and Moon, whereas Zekrom is exclusive to Sun and Ultra Sun.
Pokemon Sun and Moon Zekrom Reshiram – What are Their Stats?
As with any Pokemon shared via Mystery Gift, Zekrom and Reshiram come with unique stats. The answer to the question above is a little complicated, however. Both ‘Mon come with their own unique stats, depending on what game you download them on.
Zekrom’s stats for Pokemon Sun are as follows:
- Lv. 60
- Ability: Teravolt
- Moves: Dragon Claw, Fusion Bolt, Slash, Zen Headbutt
Zekrom in Pokemon Ultra Sun:
- Lv. 100
- Ability: Teravolt
- Held Item: Gold Bottle Cap
- Moves: Bolt Strike, Fusion Bolt, Outrage, Stone Edge
Reshiram’s stats in Pokemon Moon:
- Lv. 60
- Ability: Turboblaze
- Moves: Dragon Pulse, Extrasensory, Fusion Flare, Slash
Reshiram in Ultra Moon:
- Lv. 100
- Ability: Turboblaze
- Held Item: Gold Bottle Cap
- Moves: Blue Flare, Draco Meteor, Earth Power, Fusion Flare
Pokemon Sun and Moon Zekrom Reshiram – How to Get
Getting your greasy mitts on Zekrom or Reshiram couldn’t be easier. In Europe, at least, it doesn’t require any hard work from you, nor does it ask you to catch them. The full list of what you need to do in order to get hold of Reshiram or Zekrom can be read below, in order:
- Turn on your selected Pokemon game
- Choose “Mystery Gift” on the Main menu
- Choose “Receive Gift” via the Internet, select “Yes” to allow access to the internet
- Zekrom or Reshiram will be transported to your game
- Head into any Pokemon Center in-game and speak to the delivery person at the front. He will give you your new Legendary Pokemon as long as you have space in your team for one more
Unfortunately, those of us in the United States can only get Reshiram or Zekrom by visiting Target stores. Once inside, you’ll need to ask a member of staff for a serial code to be entered in-game. Turn the game on, head onto the enter a code section of the Main Menu and type your unique code in. Once this is done, you’ll have your hands a shiny Zekrom or Reshiram.
