Basically, there is only one location in Pokemon Let’s Go in which you can find more Master Balls. You can’t buy them in shops, so it’s important to visit this location if you want extra Master Balls. After defeating the Elite Four, you’ll gain access to Cerulean Cave, which is home to the powerful Legendary Pokemon Mewtwo. However, what many people don’t know is that this area is also home to loads of Master Balls.

Cerulean Cave’s second floor has lots of lit-up areas on the floor. Interacting with these areas often reward you with an item. Usually Max Revives, Berries, or Ultra Balls, these areas on occasion will contain Master Balls. Therefore, interacting with them as much as possible will give you a real chance of getting more Master Balls in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee. You can also find fossils in Cerulean Cave , if you’re in need of a Kabuto or an Omanyte, so be sure to visit regularly and check all the lit-up, crystalized areas.
