Time cheat
Right as soon as you start a game before you tap the box "Survival mode, try to stay alive for as long as possible" Don't click anything instead hit the home button on your iPod/Phone/Pad then re-enter the game in progress. The timer in the upper left hand corner will be frozen and you'll be able to have as much time as you need to build your defenses... Be warned though as soon as you let the toxium reserves hit two hundred to upgrade to the next tech level the game will start and the zombies will start to arrive.
