Xur can appear in one of five places every week: Nessus, the EDZ, The Traveler, Titan, and Io. This week, however, the Xur Destiny 2 location is set at the EDZ, near the Winding Cove.

Xur Destiny 2 Start Time – When Does Xur Arrive Today? (January 4)

It may be a brand-new year, but Xur sticks to his schedule all the same in 2019. He’s showing up on January 4 at precisely 9 AM Pacific/12 PM Eastern/5 PM GMT (UK). You’ll know when the time comes because there will be a brief flicker in-game and a “New Adventures Available” message will pop up on your screen. That means Xur has arrived.

You don’t get quite the same level of fanfare for when Xur leaves, however. That sad, sad day will take place on Tuesday, January 8 at the same times listed above: 9 AM Pacific/12 PM Eastern/5 PM GMT (UK). He’ll be back again the following Friday though, just like clockwork.
