As for what you get as part of this pack, it’s pretty self-explanatory. You’ll get free gold weapons skins that can be attached to all guns in the game, as well as a gold weapon trinket. There are no words elaborating on what the trinket is, but it’ll make for a nice cosmetic to add to your weapons.

The Borderlands 3 gold weapons skins pack wouldn’t be worth your money if you bought it as a standalone extra. As part of any of the pre-order editions though, you can’t really turn your nose up at it. Cosmetics are a huge part of most games these days, especially those that make your guns all shiny and unique. As a freebie too, you can’t really go wrong.
It will be very interesting to see if every conceivable weapon in Borderlands 3 can have these skins equipped to them though. Gearbox has stated that there’s a ton of weapons in the game, so it’ll be very impressive if each individually designed gun can be turned gold. We’ll find out more ahead of the game’s release.
