What is the Rage 2 Explosive Ending Trophy/Achievement?
A Bronze Trophy or worth 15 GamerScore, the Explosive Ending Trophy/Achievement should be an easy one to complete, but there a few steps you need to go through first before you can unlock it. This is a Trophy/Achievement that might take you a while before you can unlock it.
The official description of the Trophy is this: “Kill an enemy with a Turret Drone explosion.” Unfortunately, it is one of the more difficult Trophies to unlock thanks to the steps you must take in order to pop it. It’ll be worth it, however. Read on to discover how you can unlock the Explosive Ending Trophy/Achievement.
Rage 2 Explosive Ending Trophy | How to unlock
In order to pop the Explosive Ending Trophy, you will first need to unlock the Turret Drone. Fortunately, you will do so simply by playing through the game’s story. Once unlocked, however, you will need to upgrade the Turret Drone via its four upgrade schematics. These will cost you a decent amount of money, mind. Make sure to sell any junk you have picked up along the way.
You should find the four Turret Drone Upgrade Schematics at the following vendors:
Dreadwood
Lagooney
Oasis
Traveling Trader (can be spotted driving around the map)
Once you have fully upgraded your Turret Drone, you will be able to shoot it so that it explodes. You will only need to kill one enemy using this method in order to unlock the Trophy. Our advice? Find a small group of enemies, throw the Turret Drone just above them and shoot it until it explodes. It should kill at least one of them.
