As per the game’s PlayStation page, you’ll not only get a nifty looking static theme for getting a digital pre-order, you’ll also be able to play the game at “12 AM local time.”
So, whether you’re in California, New York, London, Sydney, or anywhere else in the world, it’s going to be midnight no matter what. So don’t go expecting an early Pacific release, such is the case with many a release nowadays.
