Leah’s Journal 1-4Check her room in the Tavern and click the book on the table.

Deckard’s Journal – Save Deckard and check his house for a book on the table.

Lost Journal – In the old ruins look for a lockbox. The journal is in the box.

Adria’s Journal – Complete The Hidden Cellar.

Carrion Bat – Encounter them in the Cathedral and get the lore.

Grotesque – Fight them in the Cathedral and get the lore.

Lachdanan’s Scroll – In the Cathedral look for a book on a tablet.

Scavenger – Cross the bridge into The Weeping Hollow and fight them to get the lore.

Skeleton – Find one in The Weeping Hollow.

The Hanging Tree – Find one in The Weeping Hollow (random spawn).

Ghost – Find in a crypt in the cemetery.

Gillian’s Diary – Find in the ruins of old Tristram inside a lock box.

Traveler’s Journal – Find on a traveler's body on old Tristram Road.

Quill Fiend – Kill one and get lore.

Risen Dead – Kill one and get lore.

Wretched Mother – Kill one and get lore.

Unburied – Complete Crown quest.

Imp – Kill one and get lore.

Gravedigger’s Log – Find in a pile of bones in The Cemetery of the Forsaken.

Mira’s Letter to Haedrig – Return the crown look for a box near the blacksmith.

Skeleton King – Kill the Skeleton King.
