You can sacrifice monsters you have duplicates of to create special items which make your remaining beasts even stronger.
Be sure to visit the nearest town whenever your monsters are running low on stamina.
You can only have three monsters in action at any one time, but make sure you use all of the beasts in your collection - this ensures that they all gain experience.
