Once you have unlocked the fuel station and added it to your town you will start to see a fuel pump icon over your cars at various times. Tap on the car then tap on the fuel station to refuel the car. Once you do this you will earn additional coins and XP. Your fuel station can be upgraded which will cause more funds and XP which will be rewarded to any cars that need its service.
