Ever since Season 9, there have been rumors of a Fortnite Kraken event. For whatever reason, these rumors have resurfaced following the release of Season 11, with people wondering if there will be a Fortnite Season 11 event and whether or not it will be Kraken-based. Could we finally see a Kraken event heading to Fortnite during Chapter 2? Read on to discover whether there will be a Fortnite Kraken Season 11 event or not.
Fortnite Kraken | Will there be a Season 11 event?
As stated above, there have been rumors regarding a potential Kraken event in Fortnite ever since Season 9, at least, according to Dream Team FC, anyway. Now, it looks as though the Fortnite Kraken rumors have resurfaced (pun absolutely intended) once again. You may well have noticed a bunch of different videos claiming to show the Kraken location in Fortnite go live on YouTube, anyway. It turns out, however, that these videos are fake and are all pranking you. As of writing, there is no Kraken in Fortnite, nor is there a Kraken event.

Videos such as this one from ItsJacob have gone up on YouTube, claiming that there is a Kraken event happening right now in Fortnite. This, unfortunately, isn’t true. You might as well start clapping, as you’ve all been played. There is no Kraken event happening right now in Fortnite. No matter how long you watch the above video or any others like it, the Kraken won’t appear. Sorry. We do hope that you haven’t been sat there for ages watching these videos in case the Kraken shows up.
Even though there isn’t any sign of the Kraken in Fortnite right now, will there be a Fortnite Kraken Season 11 event? It could happen. There is no Kraken event going on right now, but it could become reality by the end of Season 11, or later on in Chapter 2. There always seem to be events at the end of each Fortnite Season, who’s to say that it definitely won’t be Kraken based in Season 11? Only time will tell.
