You only have ten energy points, and each time you play the game, you use one, and then you normally have to wait for them to come back or spend bucks on them. To get them back right away, though, just go to the date and time settings on your phone or device and set the time ahead by an hour or so, and your energy will return right away.
Update your team with silver and gold cards as quickly as you can.
The chemistry bonus is achieved by putting ten players in your lineup who are all from the same team. This will give you a five point boost on all your stats.
