You don’t need to redeem a code or anything like that in order to access the exclusive character, rather just take note of the “CASES” menu that appears in the top right corner of the screen.

How to access Thrashball Cole Gears Tactics pre-order DLC
- Boot up Gears Tactics.
- Locate the “CASES” menu pop-up that appears in the top right corner of the screen.
- “1 NEW REWARD TO CLAIM” should be displayed.
- Click the “CLAIM” option.
- Click the “CONFIRM” option.
After doing that, you’ve successfully claimed the Thrashball Cole pre-order bonus in Gears Tactics.
