If you want to know how to unlock Reyna in Valorant, this guide is the place to be. Read on to find out how to unlock the Valorant Reyna Agent when the game releases. Below, we’ll run you through the ways in which you should be able to unlock Agent 11 in Valorant. It’s time to unlock and use Reyna, fellow Valorant players.
How to unlock Reyna in Valorant
You should be able to unlock Reyna in Valorant either by playing the game enough or by paying to unlock her. This is how the system worked during the beta, and it sounds as though it could work in the same way when the game launches fully on June 2, 2020. You should begin the game with just five Agents (out of eleven), being able to unlock them all either by playing the game enough or by buying them. We’ll update this guide if needs be.
In an interview with IGN back in March 2020, Anna Donlan (executive producer) explained that “Of the ten or so agents available at Valorant’s launch, five will be fully unlocked out of the gate. From there, players can unlock additional characters.” It’s more-than-likely that you will need to unlock Reyna.
You should be able to unlock Reyna by playing through her Contract. During the beta, you could unlock all Agents (on top of two for free at level 5 and level 10) by completing their Contracts. It should work the same way in the full game, as it sounds as though it will launch with five Agents, the rest being unlockable. Follow these steps to unlock Reyna via her Agent contract:
- Activate Reyna’s Contract
- Do this on the Agent screen under the Collection tab within the main menu
- Earn XP to level up Reyna’s Contract
- You can do this with any Agent
- Unlock Reyna at Contract level 5
You can pay around $10 to unlock Reyna with 1,000 Valorant Points. If the full game is like the beta, however, you might be able to unlock Reyna simply by leveling up your Valorant level to level 5. You could get two free Agent unlocks, one at level 5 and another at level 10. It sounds as though you can also unlock Agents via the game’s Battle Pass. This could include Reyna. All information above is based on the beta and past interviews. We’ll update this guide if the unlocking system is different.
