  • Find and delete the “C:Riot GamesRiot Clientvcruntime140.dll” file
    • You may have your Riot Games files saved in a different drive, head to the drive you installed the Riot Games Client
    • Open up the Riot Client folder
    • Scroll down until you see the vcruntime140.dll file
      • Right-click this file and delete it
